The Best Things I've Ever Written Are From When I Was a Kid

When I told my Momma that I wanted to publish my poetry at 15 years old, we got a quote from a local printer. She insisted that it be hard cover. “They just last longer,” she said. She was right. But not just about the cover. I think she was right about all of it.
